1. The steps in the Guide are meant to be taken in order.
2. Do not attempt to do all eight steps in a single session, as your brain will turn to mush. Come back to the next step on another day.
3. Give yourself plenty of time. This is not something you can do the night before your paper is due.
4. You will be provided with "live" links for all of the electronic sources that are discussed, so interacting with the Guide should be simple.
5. You can return to the Main Contents Page at any time, so it should be easy to keep track of where you are.
6. The first time you click on one of our electronic sources you will be asked to enter your T-Number for authentication. This will occur only once in your browser session. You must enter the "T" as well as the eight-digit number that follows.
7. Where do I find my T-Number? Go in to your eTC account, then click on the LEARN tab. Bring up your billing and scheduling information--it should be there.
