If you are taking:

English 101 & 155 - You need Basics Pt. I and Pt. II (3 Step, Lynx, Web - 3 sections) - 3 quizzes required (3 hr. time limit)
English 102 - You need Multicultural Resources102 - 1 quiz required (1 hr. time limit)
English 156 - You need Multicultural Resources156 - 1 quiz required (1 hr. time limit)

If you need to stop before you complete everything, you can exit the browser to log out. You simply log back in with your ID and password, find where you left off, and continue. WARNING: Once you begin a workshop, your time limit begins.

How to add the Workshops to your WebCT account :

1. Point your browser to: http://tcwct6.tctc.edu

2. Click on the Course List button.

3. Scroll down the list of courses until you find "Information Literacy".

4. Click that link and on the next screen, click the down arrow.

5. Now look to the right side of the page and click on the icon there:

6. You can now enter your WebCT id and password and the workshops will be added to your
    My WebCT page.

    Your user name in WebCT is the same as your Campus Pipeline (CP) user name.

    If you don’t know your log information, your CP username can be found in the ‘Student CP
    Username & Email     Directory’ (the directory link is also found on the CP homepage)

    Example:
    WebCT ID: bsimpson
    Password: 040182
    Enter your PASSWORD. To figure out your password, try
    a. Your birthdate in mmddyy format (e.g., February 20, 1985 = 022085),
         or
    b. Your Campus Pipeline (CP) password, or
    c. If these don't work, then call WebCT Support at 1-866-207-3337 to
        have your password reset.

7. Select the Information Literacy course and then choose the workshop you need by clicking on the corresponding  icon and begin.

9. Once you complete your workshop, you must take the quiz at the end to get credit.

• Basics Pt. I and Pt. II consists of 3 sections - 3 Step, Lynx, and Web. Make sure you read all 3 workshop sections and complete the quiz at the end of each section.

• Quizzes will open in a separate window. If you don't see your quiz on the screen, look at the taskbar on the bottom of the screen. Sometimes the quiz will minimize to the bottom of the sceen.

10. PRINT your Quiz Score page(s) and give to your instructor so that you can get credit for the workshops.
