Clinical experiences in your nursing education process are carefully chosen to provide you with real world application of what you are learning in class. The sites you go to are made possible through the good will of the nurses at those facilities because they want to contribute to YOUR education. You are their guests. It is important to show our gratitude for their hospitality by making full use of whatever opportunities present with enthusiasm and graciousness to our hosts and to the patients they serve.
There is aways something to learn in clinicals. If you are having difficulty identifying challenges, ask your instructor so that you will not waste your precious minutes there. Assignments are posted on the day before your clinical.
